SUV 20 series
The system sensors of the SUV20 series are mainly used in disinfection systems according to DVGW and ÖNORM and are intended for use in combination with corresponding measuring windows. They can also be used wherever the replacement of the sensor is required while the system is running. A version with ATEX and IECEx certification is also available.

General Attributes
UV sensors of the model series SUV 20 are special sensors for the application in drinking water treatment facilities according the guidelines DVGW W294-3 and ÖNORM M 5873-1:2001-03 and are equipped with integrated electronics. Configuration options are the type of the output signal and the measuring range. The output signal is either a voltage output with 0 to 4,5/10 V, a current loop output with 4 to 20 mA or a RS485 interface. According the effective guidelines the spectral selectivity of the sensors will be ensured by the use of a SiC photodiode with integrated UVC-filter. The UV sensors will be calibrated absolutely according to the customer’s specifications and delivered with a manufacturer certification optionally. In addition, digital sensor versions for calibration provided by customer by the use of the reference radiometer KUV 2.4 WR are available. Also, the working range as well as the sensor type and the serial number will get marked permanently on the surface of the sensor so that a steady identification and retraceability will be guaranteed. Leak-tightness checked sensor windows (For example FUV 38) and suitable connection cables are also available on request. If they are plugged in the sensors reach the degree of protection IP65.
